Easy-to-use POS

We decided to go with the Zoku Integrated Commerce – POS Module when we moved to using NetSuite. Everyone from the backend team to the front-of-house sales people found the system really easy to use and got used to it really quickly. The ability to use the POS off of a computer or handheld device also allowed us to be flexible in our different sales channels.

The Zoku support team is also quick to respond and is able to work with the company to constantly enhance the system when needed. A POS we would highly recommend being used with NetSuite.

We have two retail stores that required a POS when moving to NetSuite. We started out with an app that was not Zoku, and it was a nightmare. The lag times and glitches were a huge problem. Once we have moved to Zoku Integrated Commerce, those problems have improved a great deal. The SuiteApp is straightforward and easy to learn and use. I have also found the support team incredibly helpful for minor issues, as well as being open to making upgrades we request.
