Chaw has partnered with Zoku to deploy Zoku’s Built For NetSuite POS for Food and Beverage across Subway, Khiang Street Food, Juiceland juice and smoothie bars, and Vendi coffee stores in its portfolio, using a unified POS for counter, table service, and self-service ordering.

“We selected Zoku because it is purpose-built for food and beverage operations and designed to handle the scale and operational complexity of running multi-location restaurant brands,” said Vichit Sachathamarat, Managing Director at Chaw. “The solution supports a unified approach to both counter, table and self-service ordering, while allowing us to centrally manage menus, recipes, inventory consumption, customer data, and sales using Oracle NetSuite as the single source of truth across the business.”
Designed for high-volume and complex operating environments, Zoku’s Food and Beverage solution is built on a cloud-based platform that provides a common set of services for integrations and front-end applications. This architecture supports both counter-based POS and self-service kiosk applications, while ensuring consistent menus, recipes, inventory consumption, and order flows across brands and locations, including specialized airport-based restaurant operations.
Beyond Point Of Sale, Zoku provides a future-ready foundation through Zoku Sync, Zoku’s cloud integration services. This allows the groups to connect with third-party systems such as payment processors and airport management systems, while maintaining a flexible architecture to support future initiatives including expanded self-service ordering and mobile applications.
This deployment supports both the immediate operational needs of Chaw and the long-term evolution of their food and beverage operations across international markets.
